Niagara Pride’s goal is to build on the partnerships we developed last year with local LGBTQ+ and ally owned businesses and merchants, in an effort to not only promote their establishments, but to also share the message that diversity and inclusion in business serves to strengthen our communities and enrich the overall tapestry of WNY.
WNY Shopping with Pride will take place from June 1 to June 30, 2023. As Niagara Pride’s primary fundraiser event for the year, we are asking participating merchants and businesses to donate at one of four sponsorship levels (see sponsorship level descriptions below).
Additionally, Niagara Pride will be printing a large quantity of promotional tote bags, with the event logo, as well as the Niagara Pride logo and the corporate logos of those businesses who are platinum level sponsors and who respond by March 31, 2023. These tote bags will be distributed at the various Pride Flag Raising Ceremonies being held throughout Niagara and Erie County on June 1, 2023 as well as at various Pride events held throughout WNY in June 2023. This would be done via pop up tents at the various locations as a way to promote WNY Shopping with Pride. Totes will be filled with information about the event, the event program, and other materials provided by event sponsors.
